Foundation Fan Noli 

The foundation for culture and arts FFN was founded in 1994 by the initiative of some well-known Albanian intellectuals.
It is an institution which does not depend on the state.
The financial resources of the foundation are the donations and sponsorships based on law No. 7892 Date 21/12/1994.
